Functional restoration and retrofit of an existing building with about 9,000 sqm of useful gross surface, for the realization of a Social Housing residence. The project was developed for the reorganization of the entire area in order to reconvert it and repurpose it according to the requested needs for the construction of an integrated complex of innovative character following the “Business Park” model.
The structure has as its destination an accommodation use and allows the application of price caps for the most vulnerable segments of the population. A number of residential units is at disposition of the City of Turin for providing temporary housing.
Total payment for the job: € 7,500,000.
