Project developed for the reorganization of the entire area in order to reconvert it and repurpose it according to the requested needs for the construction of an integrated complex of innovative character following the “Business Park” model. Starting from existing structures, the intervention planned the collocation of new operative spaces, allocated to logistical-economical, tertiary and commercial activities, split among three principal levels, reserving for each one dedicated ways and accessibility according to the specific functions and retrofitting the entire equipment of systems, logistics and security.
