The PRIU, in a contextual variant to the General City Plan in force, involves the restoration of the old building, reorganizing the internal spaces for the realization of 18 apartments (2,200 sqm of gross floor area). The project also involves the realization of an underground garage and the arrangement of pertinent spaces coherently with the environmental and landscape values characteristic of the hill of Piazza.
