Feasibility study and urbanistic project “Central Area” – Collegno (TO)

Feasibility study and urbanistic project of the new organization of the compartments not actuated in the detailed city plan “Area Centrale”.
Territorial area: 49,034 sqm.

Total gross floor area in project: 29,420 sqm.

Destination of use in project: residence (18,817 sqm); ASPI 4,183 sqm).

    Requalification of part of the Santa Maria and Regina Margherita blocks, particularly in the area between Corso Francia, Via XX Settembre and Via Oberdan. In particular, it is planned the redesign of the aeras of the square on Corso Francia (currently hosting the weekly market) for the realization of a new city block with different destinations of use, such as residential and tertiary-commercial, as well as for the establishment of a new City Hall. The project plans the realization of an urban square which can requalify the current one, still allowing to carry out the market activities in the designated day.
