Design of two lots, mainly residential, planned inside a much larger Detailed Executive Plan. In the first land plot, the building has a curved profile, and variable height between 6 and 7 floors. Three stairways were realized, 31 apartments for 2,252 sqm of social housing and 1,125 sqm of surface for the tertiary sector and neighborhood businesses. In the second land plot, the building is composed of two building bodies (9 and 7 floors respectively), hinged on one of the two stairways. 38 housing units were realized for a total gross surface of 2,828 sqm.
