The intervention of renovation of the former movie theater “Lux” provides for the realization of a modern cinema structure (cityplex type), including other functions, commercial too, integrated in those that are characteristic of Galleria San Federico. The original building’s valuable characteristics were not neglected, instead all the “monumental” parts of the public areas and the external facade were respectfully valorized.
The main destination of use is the cinema, with the addition of three commercial floors and a coffee shop / restaurant, for a gross floor area of 5,0k00 sqm.
